After you have completed your Circles Assessment, get a pink sheet titled "Area." Use this sheet to take notes as you watch ALL the videos listed below. Click on the links to open the videos.
We are starting a quick unit on area and perimeter of 2 dimensional objects and then we will transition into 3-dimensional solid geometry before we take the STAAR exam on May 9th. After you have finished watching the videos ask the substitute for the worksheets and complete for class on Tuesday. Whatever you do not finish in class you are responsible for outside of school. There will be time on Monday when you are with your PACE class for the morning to work on your math assignment, so you may use this time to complete anythign you didn't finish today. There will be no work time on Tuesday for this information, we must move on that day.
